Wymagania: What you bring - 8+ years of software engineering experience (experience in financial area is a plus). - 2+ years leading teams or complex technology projects. - Strong command of C# and object-oriented programming principles. - Experience with cloud-based architectures and large-scale data platforms - Solid understanding of software delivery, architecture, and DevOps practices. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field. Codzienne zadania: - Lead the full software lifecycle — from architecture and design to deployment and maintenance. - Collaborate with product, finance, and global technology teams to deliver impactful business solutions. - Set coding and DevOps standards, ensuring best practices across the engineering team. - Design and build cloud-native applications and integrate enterprise messaging systems. - Provide technical mentorship and guidance to other engineers. - Oversee documentation and ensure technical clarity throughout projects.
