Opis stanowiska
O projekcie:
We are looking for an experienced Lead Software Engineer with strong expertise in Rust to take technical ownership of high-volume, distributed systems supporting critical processes.
This is a hands-on leadership role combining software architecture and development with technical guidance and mentoring of a small engineering team. You will play a key role in the modernization of the platform and work closely with global technology and operations teams to build scalable, high-performance solutions.
Wymagania:
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with proven technical leadership.- Strong hands-on experience with Rust and modern software engineering practices.- Experience designing distributed, scalable, and high-performance systems.- Good understanding of concurrent programming and system architecture.- Willingness and openness to working with C#/.NET as part of the existing technology stack and platform evolution.- Experience with AI-assisted software development and modern engineering practices.- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools such as Git, Jenkins, JIRA, or similar.- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.- Experience mentoring developers or providing technical leadership.
Nice to Have
- Professional experience with C#/.NET.- Knowledge of AWS, Kafka, serverless, or cloud-native architectures.- Experience with React or Angular.- Familiarity with event-driven architectures.- Experience in financial markets
