Machine Learning Engineer (W/M)

Nasze wymagania: 2+ years of experience in machine learning model development, training, and deployment Strong understanding of the end‑to‑end machine learning lifecycle, including development, training, and deployment Solid experience with MLOps tooling, such as CI/CD pipelines, model registries, and monitoring solutions Advanced Python skills and proficiency with major machine learning frameworks Experience with cloud environments and container technologies Strong problem‑solving skills, sense of ownership, and the ability to work effectively in cross‑functional agile teams Effective communication skills in English Nice to Have Additional experience in DevOps practices or automation. Broader knowledge of cloud platforms or big‑data tooling. Zakres obowiązków: Join a team engaged in international projects within the aviation industry. Set up and maintain ML systems, including training and inference pipelines. Implement workflow orchestration for automated machine learning processes. Design, establish, and maintain model registry, model versioning, and experiment tracking capabilities, as well as a robust and scalable deployment strategy. Implement automated monitoring, including data and concept drift detection, model performance, business metrics, system health, and alerting. Have a real impact on how machine learning solutions are designed, deployed, and operated in production environments.
