Mendix 11 and AI Tech Lead

Wymagania: - Strong hands-on experience with Mendix 11 and low-code application architecture. - Proven experience in a technical leadership or Tech Lead role. - Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and experience integrating AI services or tools into applications. - Experience working in regulated environments such as pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences. - Fluent English with strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Codzienne zadania: - Lead the design and technical architecture of Mendix 11 applications, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance with regulatory standards. - Drive the adoption and integration of AI capabilities within Mendix solutions to enhance automation and decision-making. - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Mendix development teams. - Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and architects to translate business requirements into technical solutions. - Ensure adherence to quality, validation, and compliance standards (e.g. GxP, data integrity, security by design).
