Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Power Platform Developer

We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics Developer to join a technical team delivering solutions built on Dynamics 365, Dataverse, and Microsoft Azure services. The role focuses on developing platform extensions, integrations, and scalable backend logic using modern engineering practices. Project information: • Type of project: IT Services • Office location: Poland • Work model: Remote • Budget: 130-150 PLN net /h - b2b • Project length: to the end of the year, withan option of extension • The job offer is available for candidates with citizenship in the European Union • Start date: ASAP Project Scope • Design and develop solutions using Dynamics 365 and Dataverse • Implement custom C# plugins, workflows, and business logic • Build client-side customizations using JavaScript • Extend and maintain Dataverse schemas, forms, views, and security roles • Develop integrations with external systems using Azure Functions and REST APIs • Participate in technical design discussions and sprint planning • Support testing, deployments, and documentation • Collaborate with architects and functional consultants during solution delivery Requirements • 3+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 / Power Platform development • Strong programming skills in C# (.NET) and JavaScript • Practical experience working with Dataverse • Experience building cloud-based integrations using Azure Functions • Understanding of authentication mechanisms (OAuth, service principals, managed identity) • Familiarity with Azure DevOps pipelines and source control • Good communication skills and the ability to work in distributed teams • Very good English skills Nice to Have • Experience with Power Apps Component Framework (PCF) • Knowledge of custom connectors and advanced integrations • Familiarity with ALM best practices and solution layering What we offer • B2B contract with a rate of 130-160 PLN net per hour • International and agile project environment • Collaboration with distributed engineering teams • Fully remote job • Multisport card • Private medical care • Training budget
