Your Role As a Mid Java Developer, you’ll work on real-world backend systems used by thousands of users. You’ll develop and maintain scalable services, collaborate closely with senior engineers, and gradually take ownership of system components. Responsibilities -Develop and maintain backend services in Java (11+) using Spring Boot -Implement and evolve REST APIs and microservices -Work with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Hibernate -Write clean, testable, production-ready code -Collaborate with frontend, QA, and DevOps teams Requirements • This role requires full-time onsite work (no remote or hybrid options). Candidates must be willing and able to work from our office near the Plac Wilsona metro station • 3–5 years of commercial experience as a Java Developer • Practical experience with Java and Spring Boot • Solid understanding of Hibernate ORM and SQL databases • Familiarity with Git, Gradle/Maven, CI/CD pipelines • Ability to use modern AI dev tools effectively (ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, etc.) • English at B2 level or higher Nice to Have • Kafka or event-driven systems • Basic cloud experience (AWS, GCP, Azure) • Docker, Kubernetes basics Rates (B2B) • 90–120 PLN / hour Recruitment Process • Intro call (30 min) • Technical interview or short task • Final fit & project discussion • Offer Tech Stack • Java: Regular • Spring Boot: Regular • Hibernate: Regular • PostgreSQL: Regular • Solid: Regular • DDD: Regular • REST API: Regular
