What you’ll do • Modernize core components with a focus on observability, reliability, and performance. • Implement distributed tracing and OpenTelemetry across a complex ecosystem. • Improve messaging, data pipelines, and architecture patterns. • Add new platform capabilities through safe, incremental modernization. • Work across a large enterprise codebase. • Use AI coding tools (Cursor, Copilot, Claude) daily. What we’re looking for • 3–5 years of C#/.NET experience (Framework 4.x + .NET 6/8). • Hands-on experience with AI coding tools. • Understanding of distributed tracing and APM tools. • Solid SQL Server skills. • Cloud experience (Azure preferred). Nice‑to‑have: • System.Diagnostics, ETW, TraceSource. • OpenTelemetry implementation. • Grafana, Kafka, Docker, scripting. • ETL/analytics, CI/CD, DevOps mindset.
