.NET Developer (with Azure)

Contract: B2BSalary: 110 - 130 PLN/h net/B2B Location: Remote within Poland Start: ASAP (first week of April at the latest) Key Technologies • C# / .NET • Azure • SQL • REST API • Nice to have: Snowflake, Microsoft Dynamics Project Overview Join the team as a .NET Developer and work on a core platform for a leading UK provider of roadside assistance and insurance. The SMR domain (Service, Maintenance & Replace) supports mechanics and service operations by ensuring the right parts are selected for jobs booked - quickly and accurately. Your main focus will be to enhance the parts-picking algorithm to improve prediction quality and operational efficiency. This is a true problem-solving project: you’ll work with multiple disjointed datasets, identify patterns and gaps, and design backend solutions that can be reused across other areas of the business. Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain backend services using C#/.NET • Build and evolve data-driven logic to improve parts prediction and selection accuracy • Integrate and unify data from multiple sources (API/DB/external systems) • Write efficient, maintainable SQL and support data-quality initiatives • Develop and maintain REST APIs used by other services and operational tools • Contribute to architecture decisions with a focus on reusability, scalability, and maintainability • Participate in code reviews, technical workshops, and sprint ceremonies • Improve engineering practices (testing strategy, CI/CD, observability, performance) Requirements • Min. 5+ years of commercial experience as a Backend / .NET Developer • Strong command of C# and modern .NET (building production-grade services) • Hands-on experience with Azure (e.g., Repos, Pipelines, Key Vault, App Insights or equivalent) • Strong experience with SQL and relational databases (query optimization, data modeling) • Solid understanding of backend best practices (Clean Code, SOLID, design patterns, API design) • Proven ability to work with ambiguous problem spaces - creative, puzzle-solving mindset • Comfortably designing solutions that are not fully specified and require independent ownership • Fluent in Polish and advanced English (B2/C1) Nice to have:• Experience with Snowflake and/or Microsoft Dynamics integrations • Experience in data-heavy domains, prediction/selection logic, or operational tooling • Strong observability mindset (logs, metrics, traces) Why join us?
