Node.js Tech Lead

Wymagania: - 8+ years of experience in software development, including leadership roles - Strong hands-on experience with Node.js (NestJS / Express) - Experience with microservices, distributed systems (DDD, event-driven is a plus) - Cloud experience (AWS / Azure / GCP) and tools like Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD - Proven ability to lead teams, conduct code reviews, and mentor engineers - Experience working with business stakeholders in international environments - Familiarity with Agile / Scrum / DevOps - Fluent English (C1) O firmie: - Pretius is a Polish software company founded in 2006 in Warsaw. Zakres obowiązków: - Lead and mentor cross-functional teams (Backend, Frontend, DevOps, QA) - Design and oversee scalable architectures based on Node.js and microservices - Coordinate multiple teams and support staffing, onboarding, and recruitment - Translate business needs into technical solutions and support pre-sales activities - Ensure best practices (CI/CD, code quality, testing, security) - Monitor delivery, report KPIs, and manage risks - Collaborate with international stakeholders Oferujemy: - We focus on long-term relationships based on fair principles and reliability - Co-financing of the Multisport card and Medicover private healthcare - Modern office available - Team bonding activities, internal courses, conferences, certifications
