We’re looking for a Junior–Mid PHP/Symfony Developer to join our Polish–Swiss team working on a modern SaaS platform for Swiss customers. You don’t need to be the most experienced person out there — what matters most to us is your willingness to learn, improve, and think smart.
This is a great opportunity to work in an international environment and grow your skills in a supportive team.
💼 What you’ll do
• Develop and maintain backend services built with Symfony and PHP
• Collaborate with other team members from Poland and Switzerland in an agile environment
• Participate in code reviews, share feedback, and learn from more experienced teammates
• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code
• Help improve performance, security, and reliability of the platform
• Occasionally meet with the team in Wrocław (we usually work remotely)
🧠 What we expect
• Ideally commercial experience with PHP (ideally 8.1+), preferably with Symfony
• Good understanding of OOP principles and web application development
• Willingness to learn new technologies and work in a team environment
•
English fluency – daily communication with Swiss teammates
• Ability to work independently and ask questions when needed
Bonus points if you’re curious, proactive, and like solving problems rather than just ticking tasks ✅
