Zakres obowiązków: - Act as a trusted technical and delivery advisor to airline customers. - Lead problem discovery and translate business needs into scalable Data & Analytics solutions. - Shape, recommend, and support selling of solutions aligned to customer value and platform capabilities. - Build customer trust through technical credibility, transparency, and consistent execution. - Serve as technical owner for complex initiatives across IX, RI, Prism, TDB, TDS, and MI. - Lead solution design, architecture, and implementation decisions. - Write production‑quality Java and Python code for critical components and integrations. - Review and guide delivery engineer work to ensure quality, performance, and reliability. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex, cross‑system issues in customer environments. - Own delivery outcomes for implementations, migrations, enhancements, and recovery engagements. - Drive execution planning, dependency management, risk identification, and issue resolution. - Ensure delivery aligns with product readiness, platform constraints, and customer timelines. - Partner with Product, Engineering, Architecture, and SRE to unblock delivery challenges. - Influence technical and delivery decisions through expertise rather than formal authority. - Contribute to delivery standards, best practices, and continuous improvement.
