Principal Software Engineer

Working as a Principal Software Engineer, you will: • Lead and drive technical strategy for a high-impact US-based project within the Sightline domain • Operate at a senior leadership level, partnering with stakeholders across a complex, global organization • Provide hands-on technical guidance in .NET and Azure environments, ensuring scalable and secure solutions • Champion the adoption and integration of AI and GenAI capabilities across the product and engineering workflows • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define architecture, technical direction, and best practices • Act as a key decision-maker in system design, balancing business needs with technical excellence • Mentor senior engineers and support the growth of engineering teams • Navigate and influence large organizational structures, ensuring alignment across multiple stakeholders • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences, translating complex concepts into clear insights • Contribute to building a strong engineering culture focused on innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement About Chabre IT Services Chabre IT Services is a global professional IT services provider, building long-lasting relationships with Enterprises. Qualifications • Extensive experience as a Principal Engineer, Engineering Manager, or Senior Manager-level leader • Strong hands-on expertise in .NET and Azure • Proven experience working in large, global organizations with complex structures (e.g., companies like PwC or similar) • Solid understanding and practical experience with AI/GenAI solutions and their application in software development • Strong architectural and system design experience • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with diverse stakeholders • Balanced personality: communicative and open, yet thoughtful and professional • Experience mentoring and influencing senior engineers and technical teams • Ability to operate strategically while remaining close to the technology • English proficiency at C1 level We offer • Rate up to 180,00 PLN/h + VAT • Remote work • Subsidy for peripherals in the amount of 500,00zł • Working tool (MacBook Pro or Lenovo Legion 5) • Co-financing of courses related to the position • Benefits: MultiSport, Medicover
