Wymagania:
- Fluent English (spoken and written).
- SQL and PL/SQL experience and solid Oracle database knowledge.
- Strong experience with Linux.
- Hands-on expertise with Kubernetes.
- Shell scripting experience (e.g., Bash, Python, Java) for automation.
- Knowledge of system monitoring and performance tuning tools (e.g., AppDynamics, Splunk).
- Solid understanding of application architecture layers (storage, OS, network, database).
- Experience in high-frequency change environments and CI/CD automation.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Exposure to Agile/DevOps practices and production support environments.

Codzienne zadania:
- Deliver end-to-end Production Support services, including live incident resolution and post-resolution analysis.
- Provide technical expertise to identify root causes of major system issues.
- Install new vendor software releases and implement locally developed solutions (Shell scripts, Java, Bash, Python).
- Support and participate in testing activities for new implementations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders distributed globally.
- Redesign processes using new technologies to enhance performance.
- Design and drive service improvements, implement capabilities and process uplifts.
- Evaluate and utilize appropriate tools to analyze architecture.
- Conduct data analysis for root cause investigations and anomaly detection.
- Contribute effectively to team objectives – occasionally lead activities to achieve shared goals.
