Python Tech Lead with AI

Nasze wymagania: 8+ years of expertise in Python and SDLC. Deep understanding of LLMs, transformers, embeddings, and agentic AI design patterns. Familiarity with orchestration tools such as LangChain, LangGraph, or Crew AI to improve and evaluate RAG systems. Ability to design scalable, resilient, and secure end-to-end systems using microservices and event-driven architectures. Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud platforms and manage both SQL and NoSQL databases. Knowledge of software engineering practices including code reviews, debugging, and version control. Ability to manage CI/CD pipelines and deploy containerized AI solutions using Docker and Kubernetes. Experience with logging, monitoring, and security protocols like IAM, RBAC, and VPC firewalls. Expertise in developing web applications capable of asynchronous processing and handling large data sets. Create clear, maintainable project documentation and support software deployments. Collaborate with users to resolve issues and present implementations to clients. Approach solution creation creatively within the project cycle. Support and mentor junior developers within the team.
