Regular Guidewire Developer

Location: Warszawa (hybrid model – min. 1 day per week from the office, 4 days remote)Industry: Insurance / FinTech TechnologyB2B: 150–180 PLN/hour About the Role We are looking for a skilled Regular Guidewire Developer to join a dynamic team delivering insurance solutions. You will participate in designing, developing, and maintaining applications within the Guidewire ecosystem, working on business-critical initiatives and ensuring the quality, stability, and performance of deployed systems. This role is ideal for developers who enjoy hands-on development in a collaborative Agile environment. Responsibilities • Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives • Implement technical solutions based on business requirements • Develop high-quality Guidewire applications and integrations • Ensure stability, performance, and maintainability of deployed solutions • Support testing, production deployments, and post-production stabilization • Maintain and update technical documentation • Collaborate with team members and contribute to knowledge sharing and best practices Requirements • Solid experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter or BillingCenter (at least 3 years of experience) • Experience programming in Gosu • Strong knowledge of SQL • Experience with Spring, Hibernate, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud • Experience building REST-based integrations • Familiarity with Git, Maven and unit testing frameworks • Solid understanding of Functional and Object-Oriented Programming • Experience with multi-threaded programming • Experience working with Linux • Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Bitbucket) Requirements – Nice to Have • Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Helm • Experience with Kafka, ElasticSearch • Guidewire certification • Familiarity with DDD, TDD, BDD, microservices architecture, event-driven patterns What’s Offered • Hybrid work model: minimum 1 day in the office, 4 days remote • Flexible working hours • Private medical care • Multisport card • Opportunity to work on large-scale insurance solutions with a global impact • Professional growth and development in an Agile, collaborative environment Co zyskasz dzięki aplikacji na ofertę Antal?
