Regular Kotlin Developer

Nasze wymagania: Min. 4 years of experience with Kotlin Basic experience and strong interest in AI-driven solutions, specifically LLM integration and Agentic Systems/Frameworks Ability to design and implement complex features and system components Strong ownership of delivered solutions (code quality, stability, scalability, observability) Experience making architectural decisions and evaluating technical trade-offs Ability to identify and manage technical risks, dependencies, and technical debt Product-oriented mindset - evaluating technical choices through user impact High level of autonomy and accountability Mile widziane: Hands-on experience with Cloud environments (GCP preferred) and Kubernetes Experience working in large-scale, distributed systems Cross-team collaboration experience in complex organizational environments Experience providing technical consultancy and knowledge sharing O projekcie: Salary: 700-960 pln/day on B2B Work mode: elastic hybrid (1 day per week from Gdynia/Warszawa/Kraków/Rzeszów) You will join the Language Intelligence team, responsible for building and scaling intelligent solutions supporting language-driven features within the product ecosystem. The team works in a cross-functional setup, closely collaborating with Product, UX, and Business stakeholders. In this role, you will contribute to the design, development, and improvement of system components, ensuring high-quality code and reliable delivery. You will actively participate in technical discussions, support architectural decisions, and help align technical solutions with business requirements.
