Role: RPA / Automation Support | Hybrid | Lisbon We are looking for an experienced RPA / Automation Support professional to join an international project focused on Automation, Hyperautomation, AI-driven workflows, and Agentification initiatives. 📍 Location: Lisbon, Portugal 🏢 Hybrid Model: 1–2 days/week onsite 🌍 International Environment 🗣 Languages: Portuguese & English Main Responsibilities: • Ensure operation, stability, support, and continuous evolution of Automation and Hyperautomation solutions. • Monitor automation executions, logs, incidents, and production environments. • Analyze existing automation workflows, troubleshoot issues, and ensure operational stability. • Support and optimize automation processes within the Automation CoE. • Design and implement new automation flows together with business teams. • Contribute to modernization initiatives focused on Agentification and AI-driven automation. • Ensure governance, compliance, scalability, and quality of automation agents in production. Required Technical Skills: ▪️ Microsoft Copilot Studio ▪️ UiPath ▪️ Power Automate (Cloud Flows) ▪️ RPA / Automated Workflows ▪️ Monitoring & Log Analysis ▪️ Incident & Problem Management (ITSM) ▪️ Agentic Workflows / Agentification ▪️ Agent Governance Requirements: • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or similar field. • Certifications are considered a plus. • Strong communication skills, autonomy, organization, and proactive mindset.
