Experience: 3–5 yearsKey Responsibilities
• Develop, maintain and support existing automations using UiPath, including Excel, email, UI, database and ERP automation.
• Manage UiPath Orchestrator, including deployments, unattended robots, queues, assets, triggers, schedules, logs and production issue resolution.
• Design and develop new automations using Python or any open-source automation frameworks, leveraging APIs wherever possible to reduce dependency on UI-based automation.
• Integrate AI/LLM APIs, OCR and intelligent document processing into automation workflows, with appropriate validation and human review.
• Perform effort estimation, solution design, testing, deployment and ROI tracking for automation projects. Follow coding standards, version control, error handling, logging, security and documentation practices.
Skills Required
•
3–5 years of hands-on experience in RPA development, primarily using UiPath and Python libraries
• Proficiency in developing automations using UiPath REFramework, reusable components, exception handling, debugging on UiPath Developer Studio, UiPath Orchestrator
• Working knowledge of REST APIs, SQL, JSON and application integration. Exposure to AI/LLM APIs, OCR, document processing or AI-assisted automation workflows.
• Good to have Knowledge of Python libraries such as pandas, pypdf, openpyxl, Playwright or equivalent open-source automation libraries.
• Good-to-have knowledge of Power Automate Cloud and Desktop flows, UiPath AI Center and Document Understanding.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, IT or a related discipline.
