Opis stanowiska
Nasze wymagania:
Approximately one year of practical experience building RPA solutions with Blue Prism and UiPath.
Technical proficiency that allows you to handle development tasks independently from design to deployment.
Strong grasp of business processes and the capability to convert them into effective automation workflows.
Confident communication skills, including the ability to explain technical topics in a clear, accessible way.
Good command of English, both in writing and speaking.

Experience working with stakeholders across different business areas or supporting automation adoption.
Zakres obowiązków:
Develop, configure, and maintain automation workflows using Blue Prism and UiPath.
Work with business teams to analyze processes and determine automation potential.
Translate process descriptions and requirements into clear, structured technical designs.
Perform unit testing, solve issues, and ensure that automations run reliably in production.
Prepare and update documentation covering logic, components, and configuration steps.
Improve existing automations by enhancing performance, stability, and usability.
Support users and stakeholders by providing technical guidance and addressing operational questions.
