We're looking for a Ruby Software Engineer who enjoys detective-like problem solving, writes clean Ruby, and is curious about what's possible with modern AI tooling. You'll have a real impact on how our customers and internal teams work - and a voice in how we build. What You'll Do You'll join our engineering team to help build and maintain a product that is one of the leaders in the FinTech market. Your primary focus will be investigating and diagnosing customer-reported cases - working closely with our onboarding and support teams to analyze problems, write solution scripts, and ensure a smooth customer experience. Beyond that, you'll contribute to building internal tools that automate processes - including tools that leverage AI. You'll work with a well-grounded tech stack: Rails 7, Ruby 3, Python 3, and a ReactJS frontend.
