O projekcie:
We are looking for a Salesforce Technical Lead combining hands-on development with technical leadership. You will design scalable applications, guide developers and collaborate with product managers and business stakeholders to deliver secure, maintainable solutions.
The role also involves integrating Salesforce with custom applications and exploring AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and delivery quality.
Wymagania:
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce development, particularly Apex and Lightning Web Components.- Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modelling, APIs, integrations and security.- Experience with Salesforce configuration and automation, including Flow Builder.- Knowledge of Git, automated testing, code reviews and CI/CD.- Experience leading developers and taking ownership of technical delivery.- Ability to balance business needs with technical constraints and long-term maintainability.- Strong communication skills, professional proficiency in English and experience working with international stakeholders.- A proactive mindset and willingness to learn new technologies.
Codzienne zadania:
- Design and develop Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components and Flow Builder.
- Define application architecture, data models, integrations and security standards.
- Lead and mentor developers, providing technical guidance, code reviews and feedback.
- Remain hands-on in development and troubleshooting complex technical issues.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Establish best practices for testing, Git, CI/CD, documentation and release management.
- Explore AI-assisted development tools and improve engineering efficiency while maintaining code quality and security.
