Satellite Controller

Responsibilities: • Execute operations on satellites by running flight operations procedures in the control center • Participate in development of operations procedures: coding and validation • Assist in testing the operational system during pre-launch phase: System Validation Tests with satellite or simulator or flat satellite; ground segment validation tests • Respond to satellite anomalies by escalating issue and once approved run contingency procedures Basic qualifications: • Experience of working in a control center (space or other industry) or experience in aerospace tests activities (equipment or SW); at least 3 years. • Fundamental technical understanding in at least one of the following domains: avionics, electrical engineering, electronics, thermal control, software. • Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work effectively under pressure. • Very good English in speaking and writing. • Be willing to work in shifts, especially during satellite LEOP • Be willing to follow training to be prepared for flight operations scenario Preferred qualifications: • Experience in satellite operations • Knowledge of Python or experience with scripting languages • Training in orbit mechanics and/or flight dynamic We offer • Work in a friendly, well-coordinated team of enthusiasts • Stable employment in a modern company with an established market position • Attractive salary and benefits package (e.g., private medical care, sports card) • Opportunities for professional development and participation in innovative projects
