We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer with strong Python skills and working knowledge of AI/ML tools such as Torch and scikit-learn. Most of the work would involve data processing, integration of AI/ML models and algorithms, experiments, and some backend work.

• Recommendation systems with collaborative filtering, content-based filtering, and our own algorithms
• LLM-based content enrichment
• Vector search and retrieval
Our tech stack includes:
• FastAPI
• PyTorch

Required:
• Valid work permit for Poland and Polish tax residency
• Good working proficiency in both Polish and English
• Looking for a long-term collaboration
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and a high level of self-motivation
• Comfortable working in a remote-first collaborative environment
• Willingness to contribute to and maintain a respectful and collaborative communication
Required technical skills:
• Appreciation for clean, maintainable, and well-structured code
• Strong Python programming skills
• Solid understanding of software design, algorithms, and data structures
• Experience developing software using modern AI/ML frameworks and tools (such as PyTorch, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or similar)
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI)
• Experience developing and deploying containerized applications with Docker
• Experience with NoSQL databases, preferably MongoDB and/or Redis
• Experience with SQL databases, preferably PostgreSQL
• Experience with vector databases
• Experience writing automated tests and maintaining reliable test coverage
Nice to have:
• Degree in Computer Science or a related field;
• Experience with cloud platforms;
• Familiarity with message brokers or streaming platforms (e.g., Kafka or RabbitMQ);
• Experience with search and indexing technologies such as Elasticsearch.
