Senior Airflow Engineer

O projekcie: We are looking for a Senior Engineer to own and scale our Apache Airflow platform, ensuring reliability, automation, and a seamless developer experience. You’ll work across data, trading, and engineering teams to deliver mission-critical pipelines at scale. Wymagania: - 5–8+ years in platform/data engineering; 3+ years running Airflow at scale - Strong Python skills; Kubernetes expertise - Experience with automation, CI/CD, Terraform, Helm, and GitOps - Cloud experience (AWS/Azure/GCP) and understanding of data platforms (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, Spark) - Proven ability to drive reliability, observability, and developer enablement Codzienne zadania: - Operate and scale Airflow on Kubernetes, including HA, upgrades, and performance tuning - Build automation and CI/CD pipelines using Terraform, Helm, and GitOps - Standardize developer workflows: DAG templates, shared operators, testing, and secrets management - Implement observability, monitoring, and resilient workflow patterns - Lead incident response, mentoring, and platform strategy
