Nasze wymagania:
Minimum 5 years of commercial experience in IT projects.
At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Amazon Connect.
Practical programming experience in Python.
Experience working with Amazon Connect, Cyara and Genesys.
Strong understanding of Contact Center concepts and architectures.
English language proficiency at minimum B2 level.
Profile: a developer/engineer rather than a business consultant, with proven independence and practical experience in Contact Center implementations and development.

We are looking for a Senior Amazon Connect Engineer / Developer to join a project for a client in the banking sector in Canada. The person in this role will design, develop and support Contact Center solutions, working primarily with Amazon Connect and complementary technologies. This is a hands-on engineering position for someone who enjoys building reliable, scalable customer engagement systems.
Zakres obowiązków:
Design, implement and maintain Amazon Connect contact flows and integrations.
Develop and deploy serverless and backend components using Python (and Node.js where applicable).
Integrate Amazon Connect with other platforms such as Cyara and Genesys as required by the solution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions for Contact Center use cases.
Participate in testing, tuning and performance optimization of contact center services.
Provide technical documentation, runbooks and knowledge transfer to operations teams.
Support deployment pipelines and contribute to automation for development, testing and release processes.
