As a Senior Backend Developer, you will be working for our client, a leading financial institution, on an exciting startup-like project within HSBC Tech. You will contribute to designing an innovative telemetry platform that delivers real value to customers by analyzing and visualizing data from banking applications. This role offers a unique chance to influence architecture, development practices, and to work on cutting-edge AI-driven solutions in a dynamic environment.

Krakow-based opportunity with hybrid work model (up to 3 remote days per week).

Zakres obowiązków:
Design and develop high-performance REST APIs to support telemetry data collection and analysis.
Contribute to architecture decisions and improve development standards.
Collaborate closely with customers and stakeholders to gather and understand requirements.
Develop solutions that incorporate AI agents and agentic approaches for innovative delivery.
Build, process, and expose product telemetry data from HSBC Tech applications.
Ensure code quality, scalability, and performance while adhering to best practices.
Participate in agile development cycles, code reviews, and continuous improvement efforts.
