Opis stanowiska
Wymagania:
- Strong proficiency in Go and hands-on experience in designing and building high-performance backend systems
- Practical experience with Apache Kafka, event-driven architecture, and distributed systems
- Experience working with high-traffic systems, including performance optimization and reliability improvements
- Experience designing and developing microservices architecture using gRPC, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes, and AWS
- Proven ability to build scalable systems end-to-end — from architecture design to production deployment
- Experience designing integrations and collaboration between services in complex system ecosystems
- Solid understanding of CI/CD best practices, software testing, and supporting team growth through mentoring

Zakres obowiązków:
- You’ll own key technical decisions - from architecture to production - while working on complex distributed systems, integrating with core business services, and shaping engineering standards across the team. Beyond coding, you’ll mentor engineers and help define how great software is built.
