Strong production experience in Go

You will join a Growth-focused engineering team responsible for backend systems powering high-traffic funnels and personalized user journeys.
As a Senior Backend Engineer, you will design, build, and operate scalable, fault-tolerant microservices in a distributed, event-driven environment. The role requires end-to-end ownership — from architecture and development to deployment and production support.
Zakres obowiązków:
Design and implement backend services in Go
Build and maintain microservices in event-driven architectures
Work with Kafka / RabbitMQ
Deploy and operate services on Kubernetes
Ensure reliability, scalability, and performance
Collaborate with Product, Data, and Frontend teams
Maintain CI/CD and production monitoring
