Senior Backend Engineer (Java)

Our company has been working with this client for more than 5 years, continuously developing and improving their core platform. The product is a CRM and operational platform designed for investment companies. The system helps investment funds, startups, banks, and payment companies manage: - document workflows - financial reporting - investor communication - internal operations The platform is built using a microservices architecture and modern cloud infrastructure and is actively used by financial organisations in production. Hiring Process is fast and transparent and typically takes up to one month: - Initial contact with HR (call or written communication) to clarify questions and present the project; - Candidate records a short video introduction and sends their CV; - Organisational interview with Engineering Manager or Project Manager; - Technical interview with Project Lead; The start date is flexible and typically ranges from immediate start to about 30 days, depending on the candidate’s availability and notice period.
