Senior Backend Engineer (.NET / C# | Azure) – Enterprise SaaS

You should have: - 5+ years of commercial experience with C# and .NET - Strong understanding of backend application design - Experience building RESTful APIs in production systems - Solid SQL knowledge (query optimization, data modeling) - Experience working with asynchronous workflows and background processing - Experience working in distributed teams - C1-level English proficiency Nice to have: - Experience with Azure - Docker / Kubernetes - Message brokers (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka) - Experience working on data-heavy or financial systems - Exposure to architectural discussions and system design Codzienne zadania: - Design, implement, and maintain backend services using C# and .NET - Own critical components of our enterprise SaaS platform and ensure their reliability, scalability, and performance - Work closely with the Principal Engineer to implement architectural decisions and evolve system design over time - Build and optimize RESTful APIs and data-intensive workflows - Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code - Participate in architecture and technical design discussions, contributing thoughtful input - Optimize database queries and data models for performance and correctness - Implement asynchronous processing, background jobs, and integration workflows - Collaborate with frontend engineers and product stakeholders to deliver end-to-end features - Review code and support best engineering practices within the team - Continuously improve system observability, stability, and deployment processes
