Senior Backend Nodejs Developer

Nasze wymagania: Strong commercial experience with Node.js backend development Very good understanding of REST APIs, asynchronous programming, and distributed systems Experience with HTTP/HTTPS services, security, logging, and error handling Solid SQL knowledge, including database schema design and optimization (MySQL preferred) Experience with MongoDB/Mongoose Hands-on experience with RabbitMQ or Apache Kafka Experience with Git and CI/CD workflows Strong communication skills and ability to work independently English level allowing communication in an international environment Nice to Have Experience with Azure services (Azure Pipelines, Key Vault) Experience with Redis Fintech or transactional systems background Experience working with microservices architecture Tech Stack Node.js * MySQL * MongoDB * RabbitMQ / Kafka * Redis * Git * Azure Additional Information ~75% of the work is focused on new feature development Agile environment with sprint-based delivery Team of around 24 developers Daily communication mostly in Polish, occasional meetings in English High level of ownership and autonomy in the role Zakres obowiązków: Design, develop, and maintain backend services and REST APIs Build and optimize payment-related functionalities and integrations with external providers Ensure performance, security, and reliability of the platform Participate in architecture and technical discussions Monitor and troubleshoot production issues Support less experienced team members and promote best practices Oferujemy: Competitive salary ranging from 18 000 PLN to 22 000 PLN net on B2B contract Direct employment by the client, long-term and stable contract Fully remote work, but visits in the office in Tychy are welcome!
