Senior C++ Developer (Fixed Income Trading / STP)

O projekcie: We are hiring a Senior C++ Developer to reinforce and enhance our global trading platform. In this role, you will be a key player in shaping the future of our core trading and straight-through processing (STP) systems, with a focus on Fixed Income securities. Please note that the working hours must overlap with New York business hours (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM ET). Wymagania: Required Qualifications - Good communication skills in English. - BSc or MSc degree in Computer Science or a related field. - 7+ years of C++ development in Windows or Linux environments, with a focus on object-oriented methodologies and delivering high-quality products. - 5+ years of experience in the financial industry, preferably dealing with Fixed Income products. - Proficiency in multi-threading, STL, and distributed systems. - Familiarity with database application development, particularly with SQL and relational databases. - Knowledge of XML and FpML. Beneficial Skills & Experience - Experience with Straight-through processing (STP) - Experience with FIX protocol-based applications - Understanding of post-trade processes and clearing. - Experience developing high-throughput, low-latency, and resilient software. - Familiarity with Python. - Familiarity with JavaScript. Codzienne zadania: - Participate in the design, development, and refinement of our core trading systems and STP solutions, with a primary focus on Fixed Income securities. - Work closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure effective communication and the smooth progression of projects. - Stay informed of, and ensure adherence to, regulatory obligations related to SEC Regulation SCI.
