Senior Consultant (MS Dynamics 365 F&O Sales & Purchases)

Nasze wymagania:
Minimum 5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Sales & Purchase modules;
Professional experience in Sales & Purchase areas, with strong understanding of end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes;
Previous experience in international ERP rollouts and core model deployments;
Minimum 3 years of experience in data migration activities, including data extraction, transformation, loading (ETL), and reconciliation;
Ability to translate business needs into clear functional specifications and solution documentation;
Good understanding of integration patterns and interfaces, including API, EDI, middleware, data mapping, and interface validation in cooperation with technical teams;
Fluent English and excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both business and IT stakeholders;
Strong leadership skills, full autonomy proactivity, open-mindedness, and the ability to communicate clearly while maintaining a calm and structured approach.

Your role
Join us as a trusted advisor and leader in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O projects. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping Sales & Purchases solutions, guiding cross-functional teams through global rollouts, and helping clients optimize their business processes while ensuring successful project delivery from design to go-live.

Join the GDC (Global Delivery Center) and become a part of the PBS (Package Based Services) department, a team of over 300 SAP specialists. Zakres obowiązków:
Lead and coordinate end-to-end project phases for Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Sales & Purchases, including fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, SIT/UAT, data migration, and go-live activities;
Coordinate, mentor, and onboard junior Sales & Purchases functional consultants, ensuring clear task ownership and knowledge sharing within the team;
Lead Sales & Purchases workshops and training sessions, facilitate discussions with senior stakeholders, and ensure effective knowledge transfer to the client organization;
Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure alignment between Sales & Purchases and other streams such as Finance, Manufacturing, data migration, and development teams;
Manage stakeholders effectively by interacting with client leadership and internal teams, providing clear direction, managing expectations, and supporting decision-making;
Ensure high quality of deliverables by reviewing functional designs, configuration setups, test scenarios, and other contractual deliverables;
Proactively identify risks, define mitigation strategies, and guide the client toward optimal process and system solutions aligned with project objectives.
