Senior Delphi Engineer

Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Senior Delphi Engineer for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Europe. Our client is a leading global provider that gathers information and reports to enhance the environmental and social impacts on the business. Requirements: • 5+ years of experience in developing desktop software applications. • 3+ years of experience with Delphi. • 3+ years of experience in developing APIs. • 2+ years of experience with Scrum development process (> 2 years). • Upper-intermediate level of English. Nice to have: • Domain expertise in life-cycle assessment or a strong passion for the field. • 2+ years of experience in C# or similar object-oriented languages. • Experience as a Scrum Master. • Knowledge of Azure and Azure DevOps. Responsibilities: • Provide full-stack development for the project’s product family across all layers from desktop clients, backend services, and data layers to API development and user interfaces. • Build functionality, services, and applications in Delphi and C#. • Create and design RESTful services and APIs. • Develop infrastructure and APIs to support custom projects, such as customer-specific LCA tools, or integrations of the LCA product family with ERP, CRM, and PLM. • Analyze technology trends and harmonize our technology landscape to make it future-proof. • Investigate requirements, suggest concepts, and assess development efforts. • Work in a scrum team. • Run white-box testing and develop unit tests. • Create technical system documentation (source code documentation, external documentation, bug-tracking system, etc.) • Provide 3rd-level support.
