Working in a collaborative environment, you’ll help build best-in-class digital experiences and drive the future of global remote work.   Your role is: -> To collaborate with a team of remote and hybrid engineers to design, build, and optimize scalable features for a rapidly growing SaaS platform built on Laravel (backend) and React.js (frontend); -> To contribute to key architectural decisions, develop reusable APIs and UI components, and ensure best-in-class user experience for thousands of global users.   Your skills and experiences: -> 5+ years of professional experience working with Laravel and React ecosystems; -> Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, or equivalent experience gained through hands-on work; -> Solid skills in developing web applications using JavaScript/TypeScript, PHP, HTML5, CSS, and MySQL 8; -> Strong interest in UX design, interface aesthetics, and creating elegant, user-friendly solutions; -> Curious and proactive mindset — eager to learn, collaborate, and share knowledge across teams; -> Enthusiastic about automated testing and continuous integration/deployment (CI/CD) practices; -> Proven ability to lead technical initiatives and coordinate small engineering teams (3+ people); -> Experience mentoring colleagues and supporting their professional growth and development; -> Previous background in product-oriented organizations with multiple cross-functional teams; -> Demonstrated success in driving engineering improvements that positively influenced other teams or the overall company; -> Experience working in fast-paced environments such as startups or rapidly scaling companies; -> Strong focus on users, paired with effective communication and interpersonal skills; -> Excellent command of business English, in both spoken and written communication.   Nice to have: + Familiarity with containerization and DevOps tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, or similar technologies.   Our client offers: + Attractive salary package complemented by a performance bonus, reflecting your impact and contribution; + A dynamic, fast-moving work environment where new ideas are welcomed, tested, and turned into real outcomes; + A chance to grow with an ambitious team, shaping a global product and driving meaningful change in the way people work.
