Senior Full-Stack Developer (.NET / React) | Permanent | Poland (Poznań / Warsaw) | Hybrid Smart Topaz is working with an international organization that is currently expanding its engineering teams as part of a broader transformation of its digital platforms. The company is investing in modern web technologies and building scalable solutions supporting global digital products and customer-facing applications.We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer who enjoys working across both backend and frontend layers and wants to have real influence on how modern web platforms are designed, built and maintained. This role combines hands-on development with involvement in architecture, integrations and platform reliability within a collaborative engineering environment. The role Developing and improving modern web platforms used across international digital channelsWorking across .NET backend services and modern frontend frameworks such as ReactDesigning and implementing APIs and integrations between multiple systems and servicesContributing to architectural discussions and helping shape scalable technical solutionsSupporting automated build and deployment processes in CI/CD environmentsEnsuring high code quality through testing, code reviews and engineering best practicesInvestigating and resolving technical issues across development and production environmentsCollaborating with product and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions What we’re looking for • Strong commercial experience with .NET development in modern application environments • Experience building web applications and APIs used in distributed systems • Familiarity with React or another modern frontend framework • Experience working with enterprise CMS / digital experience platforms (e.g. Optimizely, Sitecore or similar) • Understanding of service-based or microservices architectures • Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and cloud-based environments • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams • Analytical mindset and pragmatic approach to solving technical challenges • Fluent English Nice to have • Experience with Next.js or modern frontend tooling • Exposure to headless or composable architecture approaches • Experience working with cloud platforms and containerized environments • Background in building scalable digital or e-commerce platforms Practical details • Contract type: Permanent • Engagement: Full-time • Work model: Hybrid (Poznań or Warsaw - office presence expected) • Start date: Flexible If you’d like to learn more about the role and the technical environment, feel free to reach out.
