Senior Fullstack Developer

Responsibilities • Design and develop cloud‑native application with Java and React on AWS • Use Terraform to manage infrastructure as code (IaC) and keep everything clean, secure, and automated • Champion security best practices: encryption, authentication, and secure coding • Work closely with databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB) to handle complex data • Research, recommend, and integrate solutions that make architecture and delivery faster and better • Ensure code quality and maintainability through code reviews, unit testing, and best practices • Be part of an Agile team that values teamwork, feedback, and continuous improvement • Collaborate with international partners and enjoy flexibility (occasional 11:00–19:00 hours to sync across time zones) Requirements • Minimum 4 years of experience in Java (Spring) and React development • Solid understanding of AWS, microservices, and CI/CD pipelines • An analytical mind and a solutions‑oriented attitude • A good understanding of security best practices, authentication mechanisms, encryption, secure coding practices, and strong respect for quality • Fluent English (B2+/C1) and confidence to work in an international setup Nice to have • Experience with JIRA or VersionOne • Familiarity with Power BI or similar integration tools Benefits of joining Grape Up • Non-corporate work environment among experienced engineers • Individual growth & development plan supported by cyclical feedback sessions • Access to knowledge platforms (e.g. Pluralsight) • Equipment of your choice • Financing of conferences, external trainings, and certifications • Language lessons (English, German and Polish for foreigners) • LuxMed private medical care • Weekly Lunch & Learn where we meet up in the office, lunch together, and share our knowledge • Employee referral program • Rewards for the success of the month and year awarded by our employees • Special rewards for your years with us (G-Man) • Integration activities
