Senior Fullstack Software Engineer (Java)

OEC creates automotive technology, helping repair shops, auto part distributors, and manufacturers run their businesses more effectively and profitably through e-commerce and data innovation. We increase efficiency across the automotive aftermarket, OEM, collision, mechanical, and supply chain spaces by connecting repair shops, dealers, parts distributors About You We are looking for a Senior Java Fullstack Developer that will take the responsibility for the development of both: front-end and back-end of the project. You will join a team working on our various core products for Automotive industry. Tech stack Backend: Java 17 and higher, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, JPA, Hibernate Frontend: Angular, Typescript Others: REST and SOAP Services, Apache Kafka, Redis, Docker, Intellij IDEA, Maven, Jenkins, SVN, GIT, Scrum, CI, SQL and database knowledge Responsibilities • Participating in the project work during all the stages of the software development lifecycle • Contributing ideas during meetings and when working in groups • Working closely with senior members to deliver on time, within budget and according to the company quality and security procedures • Assisting junior team members to help them to develop • Developing and maintaining software solutions using company defined development tools • Working with team members to resolve problems • Using English on the daily basis. Our main office language is Polish though • Strong drive to use AI Tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude Code) Requirements • Minimum of 4 years commercial experience in Java/Angular technologies • Experience with working in Agile projects • Good command of English language • Strong analytical and communication skills • Professional experience in front-end technologies • Demonstrates problem solving abilities
