Senior Golang Backend Engineer (AI/LLM)

Due to our ongoing growth and the large number of recruitment projects we undertake for our partners, we are currently looking for: Senior Golang Backend Engineer (AI/LLM) 100% remote from Poland B2B Responsibilities: • Design, build, and run scalable, low-latency backend services powering AI products • Lead development of voice-enabled AI applications and LLM-backed features • Apply advanced prompt engineering; manage context windows; ensure consistent model outputs • Implement model integration patterns (connecting external/internal services, tools, and agents) • Define and uphold observability for AI workloads (latency, cost, token usage, reliability) • Collaborate with ML/Data Science to productionize prototypes into high-availability services • Contribute to code reviews, architecture decisions, and technical strategy   Requirements: • Proven hands-on experience with Golang as the primary backend language in production environments • Experience with cloud-native and containerized environments, including Kubernetes, Docker, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) • Proven hands-on experience with integrating AI/ML and LLM models into production backend systems • Knowledge of LLM fundamentals, including prompt engineering, context-window management, RAG, and model orchestration • Experience with building backends for agentic workflows and long-running conversational states • Proven hands-on experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol), including developing and managing MCP servers • Familiarity with Agent-to-Agent (A2A) communication patterns and multi-agent system design • Experience with observability for AI-driven applications, including latency, cost, and token-usage metrics, with an SLO-oriented engineering mindset • Very good command of English, both spoken and written Nice to have: • Experience with Java or Kotlin in polyglot backend environments • Experience with MongoDB or similar NoSQL databases • Familiarity with LLM toolchains, function calling mechanisms, and retrieval pipelines • Experience with voice-enabled AI applications, including low-latency streaming solutions • Experience with system- and UI-level test automation (e.g., Playwright) • Exposure to modern frontend stacks such as React and TypeScript to support end-to-end collaboration   Offer: • Private medical care • Co-financing for the sports card • Constant support of dedicated consultant • Employee referral program
