Senior Guidewire DeveloperLocation: Warsaw (hybrid model – min. 1 day per week from the office, 4 days remote)Industry: Insurance / FinTech TechnologyB2B: 180-210 PLN/h About the Role We are looking for an experienced Senior Guidewire Developer to join a global team delivering advanced insurance solutions. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining applications within the Guidewire ecosystem. You will work on high-impact initiatives, implement business requirements, and ensure the performance, scalability, and maintainability of solutions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys technical ownership, architecture-level decision-making, and hands-on development in a complex enterprise environment. Responsibilities • Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives • Contribute to the design of technical solutions for business initiatives • Implement and deliver high-quality Guidewire solutions based on approved requirements • Ensure stability, performance, and maintainability of deployed applications • Support testing, production deployments, and post-production stabilization • Maintain and update technical documentation for implemented systems • Mentor junior developers and promote best practices in coding and architecture Requirements • Strong experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter or BillingCenter (at least 5 years of experience) • Expert in Gosu programming • Strong knowledge of SQL • Experience with Git, Maven and unit testing frameworks • Solid understanding of Functional and Object-Oriented Programming • Experience with multi-threaded programming • Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Helm • Experience with Kafka, ElasticSearch, REST • Ability to scale applications and optimize performance • Experience with query optimization and data storage strategies (e.g., partitioning) • Experience working with Linux • Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Bitbucket) • Knowledge of DDD, TDD, BDD, microservices architecture, event-driven patterns • Familiarity with GoF design patterns and practical experience applying them • Experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) Requirements – Nice to Have • Experience in IT security for enterprise solutions • Ability to independently design domain models • Guidewire certification • Experience with front-end development (Angular, TypeScript) • Experience deploying solutions on Azure, GCP, AWS What’s Offered • Hybrid work model: minimum 1 day in the office, 4 days remote • Flexible working hours • Opportunity to work on high-impact, large-scale insurance solutions • Professional growth and development in a global, agile environment • Private medical care and Multisport card Co zyskasz dzięki aplikacji na ofertę Antal?
