Senior Guidewire Developer (PolicyCenter)

Location: 100% remote work (Poland) Availability: ASAP / within 1 month The Opportunity We are looking for an experienced Senior Guidewire Developer with a strong focus on PolicyCenter configuration and product development to join Guidewire implementation projects. The role requires a minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience and offers the opportunity to act as a technical leader within complex delivery streams. Responsibilities • Act as a Technical Lead contributing to multiple technical streams of Guidewire implementation projects • Work on Guidewire PolicyCenter configuration and product development • Collaborate closely with onsite coordinators and stakeholders • Plan, coordinate, and monitor project deliverables within the team • Mentor and support team members in project execution • Participate in organization-wide people initiatives • Be willing to travel to customer locations when required Requirements • Minimum 5+ years of experience in Guidewire development with hands-on PolicyCenter experience • Strong experience in Java and the Guidewire ecosystem • Good understanding of JVM technologies and related ecosystems such as Java 8, J2EE, XML, SOAP, REST, SQL, PL/SQL, Spring, Hibernate, application servers, and enterprise messaging systems • Solid knowledge of good coding practices including Clean Code and Design Patterns • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Science, or another technical field • Experience working in a corporate IT environment in a similar role • Strong communication and business communication skills Nice to Have • Hands-on experience with Angular 5 • Working experience with Kotlin Offer • B2B contract via Experis • Multisport card • Private healthcare (Medicover) • Access to an e-learning platform • Group life insurance
