Senior Java Developer

Our Client is a global investment bank with a strong presence across Europe, the United States, and Latin America, serving some of the most demanding corporate and institutional clients.As a Senior Java Developer, you will join an international team, taking responsibility for backend development, providing technical support to the team, and co-creating the system architecture and strategy within the corporate finance domain. Responsibilities • Designing, developing, and maintaining backend microservices in Java • Participating in integrations between operational systems and the General Ledger • Collaborating with teams based in Poland and across Europe in an international environment • Mentoring and providing technical support to less experienced team members • Implementing and enforcing best practices in code quality, testing, and CI/CD • Working closely with technical leaders to define the solution architecture Requirements • Minimum 4 years of experience in Java development (Spring / Spring Boot, microservices) • Experience working with MongoDB and backend system integrations • Solid understanding of cloud architecture (private or hybrid cloud) • Ability to work in Agile/DevOps methodologies • Very good command of English (C1/C2) • Knowledge of investment banking products or accounting systems is a plus What We Offer • Stable employment based on a permanent contract • Attractive salary of up to PLN 28,000 gross per month • Annual bonus and additional AKUP of up to 75% • Work in an international, experienced team • Hybrid work model (3 days per week from the Warsaw office) • Opportunity to co-create a key project with global reach • Professional growth in a modern technology environment (Java, microservices, cloud, MongoDB) TQLO Sp. z o.o. – Employment Agency (KRAZ No. 33580)
