Senior Java Developer (Financial Markets / Risk Platform)

O projekcie: You will join an international team working on a strategic risk and PnL platform used within Financial Markets. The system supports key business processes related to trading and risk analysis and is built using modern technologies and best engineering practices. Wymagania: Our requirements - 8+ years of experience in Java development - Experience working with high-performance and concurrent systems - Strong knowledge of Java and software design principles - Hands-on experience with scripting (Python or Bash) - Experience working in Agile environments - Knowledge of TDD/BDD practices - Familiarity with CI/CD tools - Very good command of English Optional - Experience in investment banking or financial domain - Knowledge of technologies such as Kafka, Hadoop, Spark, or Scala - Experience with distributed/grid computing - Exposure to functional programming (e.g. Haskell) - Understanding of financial instruments, trading, or risk management Codzienne zadania: - Design and develop backend components using Java - Build scalable, high-performance, and fault-tolerant solutions - Contribute to system architecture and technical design - Ensure high-quality code with strong test coverage (TDD/BDD) - Collaborate with global technical and business teams - Create and maintain technical documentation - Provide production support (2nd line support) - Contribute to CI/CD processes and improvements
