The team works in a cross-functional setup, closely collaborating with Product, UX, and Business stakeholders. The role combines strong engineering leadership with hands-on technical involvement, ensuring engineering excellence, high-quality delivery, and alignment between business goals and technical execution. This is a leadership position with real impact on architecture, delivery strategy, and product evolution.
