O projekcie:
Devire Outsourcing IT is a cooperation model dedicated to IT professionals, based on a B2B (business-to-business) contract model, delivering projects for leading clients running innovative and cutting-edge initiatives.
Currently, for our Client, one of the world's largest global banking and investment institutions, we are looking for a Senior Java Engineer.
- Location: 3 days per week from the office in Warsaw city center
- Rate: PLN 170-200 net/hour + VAT
- Opportunity to work in an international environment.
- Benefits package including private healthcare, sports card, and life insurance.
- B2B contract via Devire.
Wymagania:
- 7-10 years of commercial experience in IT development, particularly in Java software development.
- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot.
- Experience working with tools supporting the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), especially GitLab.
- Practical knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes, including containerization and orchestration principles.
- Experience with CI/CD processes.
- Strong analytical and independent problem-solving skills.
- Attention to code quality, detail, and software engineering best practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Willingness to use modern AI-powered development tools, including GitHub Copilot, Devin, Claude, and similar solutions.
Codzienne zadania:
- Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
- Build and enhance solutions based on a microservices architecture.
- Design and implement integrations and message-processing solutions using Apache Kafka.
- Work with containerization and orchestration technologies, particularly Docker and Kubernetes.
- Automate deployment processes and work with GitLab CI/CD and Argo CD.
- Monitor and analyze application performance using Prometheus, Grafana, and the Elastic Stack.
- Collaborate with development teams and other stakeholders throughout the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Leverage modern software development support tools, including GitHub Copilot and other AI solutions such as Devin and Claude.
- Participate in problem analysis, optimization of existing solutions, and ensuring the quality and stability of delivered software.
