Nasze wymagania:
minimum 8+ years of commercial experience in software development
very good knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, and enterprise application development
experience acting as a Tech Lead, Lead Developer, or senior technical mentor
experience developing distributed systems, microservices, and event-driven applications
experience with REST APIs, messaging solutions (e.g. Kafka, RabbitMQ), and system integrations
experience working with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g. PostgreSQL, Oracle, MongoDB)
experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
strong understanding of software design principles, scalability, security, and performance optimization
ability to support technical decision-making and guide development teams
strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive, ownership mindset
willingness to evaluate and adopt new technologies where they create business value
English and German at B2 level or higher

This is a hands-on technical leadership role for someone who enjoys solving complex engineering challenges, writing high-quality code, mentoring developers, and supporting teams in delivering scalable, reliable software solutions.
