Senior Java & Groovy Engineer with ECM Expertise

Senior Java & Groovy Developer (ECM) Location: Remote (Poland) + 1 day/month in KrakowWorking hours: 9:00–17:00 CET We are looking for a Senior Java & Groovy Developer with ECM expertise to join an international project focused on enterprise-grade document management systems. You will work on highly business-critical platforms that automate and optimize document-driven workflows across large organizations. If you enjoy working on complex backend systems, integrating enterprise platforms, and building scalable solutions - this role is for you. What you will do • Develop and customize applications using Java and Groovy • Implement and integrate ECM platforms such as SER Doxis and Documentum • Build and maintain document management workflows • Collaborate with Tech Leads, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to deliver business-driven technical solutions • Optimize application performance and resolve complex technical issues • Design and integrate RESTful APIs What we are looking for Must-have: • 4+ years of commercial software development experience • Strong knowledge of Java and Groovy • Understanding of ECM concepts: document lifecycle, metadata, retention policies, and archiving • Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and web services • Solid SQL skills Nice to have (big plus): • Experience with SER Doxis WebCube or Documentum • Hands-on experience customizing or integrating ECM platforms Working model • Remote from anywhere in the Poland • Office visit: once per month in Krakow, Poland • Working hours: 9:00–17:00 CET📩 If you’re interested and meet the qualifications, please apply or send your CV to Veronika Lazareva at veranika.lazarava@dcvtechnologies.co.uk
