Senior MAUI Developer - Energy & Utilities

Through this partnership, we are driving the future of infrastructure safety - using advanced data analysis and technology to create smarter, safer, and more efficient communities.  We’re looking for a Senior MAUI Developer, a strong individual contributor who can take full ownership of mobile development work. This role requires someone who not only writes high-quality code but also thinks holistically about the product, understands trade-offs, and drives features from concept to production. Your daily responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using .NET MAUI (Android & iOS) with a strong focus on code quality and scalability • Take end-to-end ownership of mobile features - from requirements analysis, through implementation, testing, release, and post-production support • Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions, actively contributing to architecture and design decisions • Write clean, testable, and maintainable code following best practices in the .NET ecosystem • Ensure high quality through unit testing, code reviews, and continuous refactoring • Collaborate closely with backend developers, QA, designers, and product stakeholders to deliver complete mobile solutions • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across the full stack (UI, integration, performance, production incidents) • Continuously improve application performance, reliability, and maintainability • Contribute to backlog refinement, estimations, and technical breakdown of features • Actively participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and support continuous improvement within the team We need you to have • Strong commercial experience with .NET MAUI (required) - deep, hands-on expertise in building and maintaining production mobile apps • Proven experience delivering end-to-end mobile solutions (from idea to production and support) • Strong proficiency in C# and the .NET ecosystem • Solid experience with cross-platform mobile development for Android and iOS • Strong understanding of mobile architecture patterns (e.g., MVVM) and clean code principles • Experience with the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) • Ability to work independently and take full ownership of features and technical solutions • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex issues across mobile applications • Experience with performance optimisation, debugging, and profiling mobile apps • Understanding of mobile app lifecycle, deployment processes, and store releases • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Would be great if you have • Previous experience with Xamarin (migration to MAUI is a strong plus) • Experience integrating mobile apps with .NET backend services and REST APIs • Familiarity with Azure and cloud-based architectures • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, mobile build automation, and app distribution • Hands-on experience with tools like Azure DevOps, App Centre, or similar • Knowledge of observability practices (logging, monitoring, crash reporting, telemetry) • Understanding of mobile security best practices • Experience with UI/UX optimisation and accessibility • Exposure to full-stack development or collaboration with web teams Our Technology Stack • .NET MAUI • Android, iOS • Azure • Azure DevOps  Our offer In addition to great company and challenging projects, we can offer much, much more: • An agile and friendly atmosphere, non-violent communication and full respect for diversity. • Possibility to choose from onsite (in Lodz, Poland) or hybrid work • B2B or Employment Contract - you choose. • Remuneration on B2B contract: 1.400-1.600 PLN net/day or 22.000 - 25.000 PLN gross/ month.
