Senior .NET / Azure Engineer (Solutions-Focused) Kraków, Poland (6 days per month onsite – flexible scheduling) Up to 1700 PLN/day (B2B) Overview We’re supporting a global financial services organisation in hiring a Senior .NET / Azure Engineer to play a key role in designing and delivering scalable integration solutions across enterprise platforms. This is a hands-on, solutions-focused position where you will operate at the intersection of architecture and engineering — owning designs and driving them through to production. The core focus is firmly on .NET and Azure, with Python considered a nice to have. The Role You’ll take ownership of designing and delivering robust integration solutions across complex systems, working closely with senior stakeholders and architecture leadership. This is not a pure architecture role — you’ll be expected to design, build, and deliver end-to-end solutions. Key Responsibilities • Design end-to-end solution architectures for APIs and microservices • Build and deliver scalable, secure integration solutions using .NET and Azure • Develop low-latency communication between backend systems and UI layers • Lead integration work across platforms using Azure Functions, Service Bus, and APIs • Collaborate with senior architecture stakeholders on design approvals and improvements • Monitor, debug, and optimise applications using Application Insights • Contribute to future-state architecture discussions, including multi-cloud considerations Technical Requirements • Strong experience with .NET (C#) in enterprise environments • Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, including:• Azure Functions • Service Bus • API Management (APIM) • Application Insights • Proven experience building API-driven and microservices architectures • Strong understanding of integration patterns and distributed systems • Experience with unit testing and quality-first development practices • Ability to move from design to production delivery autonomously Nice to Have • Exposure to Python (not a core requirement) • Experience with GCP or multi-cloud environments • Experience integrating with CRM or SaaS platforms • Background working in financial services or regulated environments What We’re Looking For • A hands-on engineer with strong design capability • Someone who can take ownership — from concept through to delivery • A proactive problem solver who can unblock integration challenges • Strong communicator, comfortable working with senior technical stakeholders Additional Information • Flexible hybrid model: 6 days per month in the Kraków office (not fixed weekly) • Long-term programme of work within a global enterprise environment • Competitive B2B rate up to 1700 PLN/day
