Senior .NET Developer

So let's get started and build a better future together! We’re looking for a Senior .NET Developer to join our team and contribute to its continued growth. Location and type of contract: Warsaw (Poland) - fully remote work (B2B contract); Vilnius (Lithuania) - hybrid/remote (B2B or employment contract). Your daily routine: • Lead the design and development of complex .NET applications using best practices and modern architecture patterns (e.g., microservices, clean architecture); • Write clean, efficient, and testable C# code, and perform code reviews to ensure high standards; • Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code); • Stay updated on emerging technologies and propose their adoption when relevant to the business. Our expectations: • 5+ years of professional experience with .NET and C# in backend development roles; • Proven experience with ASP.NET Core, RESTful API development, and asynchronous programming; • Strong knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and SOLID principles. • Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB); • Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP); • Hands-on experience with version control (Git) and agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban); • Good communication skills. A bonus would be: • Experience with front-end technologies (e.g., Angular, React, or Blazor); • Relevant certifications in .NET, Azure, AWS or solution architecture.
